USCalisthenics
USCalisthenics is for anyone who is interested in doing fun body-weight or HIIT exercises together. Although we each have different fitness levels and goals, we bond over the communal feeling of sweating it out together. Regardless of your fitness level, everyone has their own fitness goals they want to hit, like doing a pull-up push-up with proper form. Even those who are more advanced can find challenge in the workouts because everything is time-based.
IG Activities
USCalisthenics holds workout sessions every Monday at 9pm. We usually gather at the Cinnamon lobby and head to the Tembusu pull up bars or CTPH together.
