Love, USP

Love, USP is a mental health advocacy group and support network aiming to promote mental well-being within the USP community through dialogues, peer support sessions and other initiatives. Love, USP aims to:

  • Go beyond mental health conversations to create an empathetic and compassionate community.

  • Create a safe space to offer and receive support.

  • Establish a culture prioritising mental well-being.

IG Activities

We aim to help USP students cope with daily struggles related to mental health by:

  • Regularly sharing USP-focused tips on Instagramarrow-up-right

  • Providing non-judgemental and confidential platforms to promote conversations about mental health

  • Organising activities that help students with self-care

Key Events

We hold mental health-related events which are open to all in the USP community. Past events have included closed-door small group dialogues, dialogues with external professionals, bi-semesterly mood boards, Canine Chums, etc.

Commitment Levels

No commitment required, as activities are held on an ad-hoc basis. If you have any ideas or initiatives, you can reach out to us as well.
